As required by AB 1584, GTUSD must have a specific, legal Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) for ALL third-party educational software or online services that access, manage, or store student data. See link below to the list of approved software and websites.

If the software or website is not on the above list, complete the following request form. Do not use the software/website until complete approval has been received. If the software/website will not have student logins or access to student information, you do not need permission to use it. If you are unsure, it is best to submit the form.

Google and Third Party Apps (Student Tech Use Agreement)
GTUSD uses Google Workspace for Education, a set of education productivity tools from Google including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Classroom, and other Google and third-party services like YouTube, Google Translate and Google Maps. At GTUSD, students will use their Google Workspace for Education accounts to complete assignments, communicate with their teachers, sign into their Chromebooks, and learn 21st century digital citizenship skills.
